Please note that to buy a Trek or Gary Fisher cycle you must be able to visit the shop in person.
“Trek Bicycle Corporation does not authorize our retailers to sell new or used Trek product over the internet or by mail order. Delivery should only be made to you at an authorized Trek retail location. This is for your safety. We want to make sure that your bicycle is properly assembled, properly adjusted, and is the right size for you. We also want to make sure that you receive your owner’s manual and consumer literature. Your dealer will also explain how to properly use your bike and answer any questions or concerns you may have.” We think this is a good policy, for it means that you will receive good advice about the bike that's right for you, and take home an expertly serviced bike. Every bike we sell is not only fully assembled but serviced to a very high standard. As an illustration, we even remove the tyres and inner tubes so the wheels are properly dished and trued.
We also offer excellent after sales service, to include a second free service 6-8 weeks after the purchase of the bike.
This standard of service and peace of mind is all included in the price of the bike, and is not something that can be matched by mail order or internet sales. |

Description:
New! Ambidextrous 'flip flop' design, CNC machined from a solid billet of 2014 T6 aircraft spec aluminium alloy - with a split clamp to allow easy set up and choice of positioning.
New! Redesigned piston, lever and pivot assembly with external 'on the fly' reach and bite point adjustment dials. The new lever linkage
eliminates freeplay in the lever giving a consistent and reliable feel to the brake. Further developments include bearing lever pivots for smooth, rock free use and increased lever ergonomics with a
perforated lever for extra grip and eel. Also, a double sided reservoir lid makes for easy bleeding. The master cylinder assembly is completed with the durable anodised finish to withstand weather, cleaning and general trail use and a choice of either hi tensile polyester reinforced or Goodridge stainless steel braided hose to give a sharp, solid feel to the system.
X2 CALIPER This neat, slimline caliper optimises the very latest COSMOSWorks FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software to reduce unnecessary weight, improve aesthetics and create a high performance
partnership with the NEW! Tech lever. The caliper is machined from a solid billet of 2014 T6 aircraft spec aluminium alloy and an increased piston diameter, generating more usable braking force on the rotor. A drip free bleed nipple and wide angel orientation of the fluid inlet connector have also been added, allowing for neater hose routing and cleaner servicing. The caliper is completed with our durable anodised finish to withstand weather,
cleaning and general trail use and laser etched graphics let everyone know just what you've got! feel to the system.
