Please note that to buy a Trek or Gary Fisher cycle you must be able to visit the shop in person.
“Trek Bicycle Corporation does not authorize our retailers to sell new or used Trek product over the internet or by mail order. Delivery should only be made to you at an authorized Trek retail location. This is for your safety. We want to make sure that your bicycle is properly assembled, properly adjusted, and is the right size for you. We also want to make sure that you receive your owner’s manual and consumer literature. Your dealer will also explain how to properly use your bike and answer any questions or concerns you may have.” We think this is a good policy, for it means that you will receive good advice about the bike that's right for you, and take home an expertly serviced bike. Every bike we sell is not only fully assembled but serviced to a very high standard. As an illustration, we even remove the tyres and inner tubes so the wheels are properly dished and trued.
We also offer excellent after sales service, to include a second free service 6-8 weeks after the purchase of the bike.
This standard of service and peace of mind is all included in the price of the bike, and is not something that can be matched by mail order or internet sales. |

If we don't have in stock the bike you want, we can order any cycle in the Trek and Gary Fisher Collection ranges. So, for example, if you like the look of the superior quality Trek children's bikes, just get in touch.
We can also get hold of parts, accessories and clothing from numerous top brands, so even if we don't currently have it, we can get it! |

Privacy Statement
We at Ken Ellerker Cycles care about your privacy. All information remains confidential.
We do not disclose buyers' information to any third parties. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data protection Act 1998). We collect information only for the following two reasons, firstly, to process your order, and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you subsequent to your order unless you have given us your consent. We will not pass on your e-mail address to other organisations unless you have given your consent. The information we collect about you includes: your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and account details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold is to the best of our ability accurate and based solely upon information we receive from you and it remains as up to date as it can be. You can check what information we hold about you, by writing to us. We will delete or correct any inaccuracies promptly. This information is held securely. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
If you do give us personal information, either by filling out an order form or using the contact form, then you can be assured that this information will only ever be used in the way that you specify. Any sensitive data that you might supply can be assured to be safe. It is at no point stored in any form of electronic retrieval system to which persons outside Ken Ellerker Cycles could gain access.
We will not contact you unless it has been requested, nor will you be asked to buy anything and you won't be flooded with e-mail. If your address exists in our mailing list database, every message you receive from it will contain a simple on-click removal facility, which results in immediate removal of that address from the database.
If you would like to inspect the data that we hold which respects to you, then please write to us, including proof of ID, a stamped addressed envelope, and a cheque for £10 to cover administrative costs.
However, if you have never filled out any of the forms on this website, then we will not be holding any data about you.
