We accept payment by personal cheque, credit card and debit card. Your card will not be charged until the goods are dispatched.
Cheques should be made payable to Ken Ellerker Cycles. Goods purchased by cheque will be dispatched once the cheque has passed through clearing.
If you wish to order an item that we do not normally stock, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

Shipping and Handling
UK only. Delivery charges:
• Cycles - £20.00 (extra charges will apply to parts of Scotland, Ireland and the Isle of Wight)
• Frames and forks - £7.00
• Accessories, clothing and components - £4.00 per order
Delivery for orders from more than one category will be charged at the higher rate (e.g. a cycle and an item of clothing is £20.00).
We will endeavour to make a delivery to an address of your choice though we reserve the right to restrict delivery to the cardholder’s statement address.
Goods will usually reach you within 2-3 working days. For out of stock items, and during busy periods, deliveries may take longer.

Back Orders
Once you have placed an order with us, we will contact you to confirm your preferred payment method, and to confirm the availability of your chosen products. We will notify you of any products temporarily out of stock, and in this event you will be under no obligation to proceed with the purchase of those items. At this point you may decide to remove those items from your order or keep them on “back order”. We will advise you when such items may become available.

Please contact us through the contacts page or phone us. In the event of a genuine complaint we will do our upmost to resolve the problem.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us.
We will replace or refund any item provided that it is returned in an unused and saleable condition in its original packaging.
We will replace or refund faulty goods only upon our inspection and agreement that the item is faulty. The customer is liable for the costs of returning the item and for the delivery of the replacement item where applicable.
Please remember to include a copy of your original sales receipt.
