Why choose an aggressive trail bike over an Enduro machine? Occam LT thinks the answer is fun. The perfect mix of climbing ability and descending prowess. Light, agile and responsive, Occam LT begs to be thrown around the trails and to pop off every feature. Save energy on the climbs so you can throw yourself into every descent. With full builds, ready for the rowdiest trails, and fully backed by Orbea's lifetime warranty, things just got a whole lot easier on the climbs. Of course, being light doesn't just mean fun on the climbs! On the descents you can fling Occam LT around easily, changing lines and popping off every feature. Adventures can take you anywhere, and Occam LT is ready. Seriously light and tough with aggressive geometry, this is a bike for pushing your limits and enjoying yourself. Even on the rowdiest trails, the progressive suspension is smooth and supportive. The improved Steep and Deep design is deeper than ever, with full insertion for a 230mm dropper on all frames. When you want to tune things, Attitude Adjust lets you change the geometry in less than 15 seconds. The M30 LT boasts 160mm travel at the front and 150mm rear. Details: OMR Monocoque Carbon Frame The most technologically advanced carbon construction available is used to make the most sophisticated frame possible. Lightness: Optimised layups and fewer frame pieces reduces weight. Optimum carbon compaction allows the use of less material. Stiffness: Single uniform structures are better optimised to resist deflection. Carbon structures are tuned to deliver maximum stiffness without adding weight. Ride quality: Running continuous fibres through and around intersections allows fine-tuning of structures for the best blend of comfort and rigidity. Trail GeometryOccam LT's balanced geometry is fast, efficient, and above all fun on a huge variety of trails: - Slacker head angle = great stability - Lower bottom bracket = confident cornering - Longer reach = room to move while maintaining balance - Longer wheelbase = stable at high speeds - Steep seat angle = proper pedalling position  Attitude AdjustOccam LT puts riders in the perfect position to attack the trail while Attitude Adjust lets you tune Occam LT to suit whatever adventures you have in mind. With the new Quick Flip system, changing from High to Low takes just a few seconds. The clever, offset design means you only need to slacken the bolt, using the 6mm Allen key in the rear axle, and pull slightly upwards on the top tube. It takes less than 15 seconds.  Asymmetrical DesignInstead of using a less-efficient "shock tunnel" the Occam LT offsets the shock to the left side of the frame, allowing the right-side support to be more central and more efficiently deal with the suspension forces acting on the front triangle. This solution enables Orbea to tune the stiffness of this high-stress area without adding unnecessary weight. Avoiding an interrupted seat tube gives more space for dropper posts plus improves access to the shock controls. Additionally, the tidy design leaves room for a water bottle with easy left-side access. Suspension Linkage Occam LT uses a two-part linkage design. Fewer pieces mean fewer interfaces, greater rigidity and a lower chance of something working loose. Additionally there's a space in the axle specially designed for a multi-tool (optional extra) which is held securely in place with magnets. Always have the most-used tools close at hand for quick tweaks. Kinematics - Trail Performance A higher average leverage ratio increases the sensitivity of the shock to smaller bumps. Progressive suspension is supple and active with great traction but ramps up to control the inevitable bigger hits. Occam LT has a moderately progressive curve, at 22%, giving very capable trail manners with the fun, playful nature Occam riders love. Concentric Boost The concentric boost suspension system, combined with careful placement of the pivots reduces the impact of braking on suspension performance. The anti-squat characteristics give fantastic pedalling performance and also increase traction at the rear wheel on those tricky climbs. Concentric Boost does this brilliantly with fewer parts and reduced weight.  Steep'N'Deep Due to the uninterrupted, steep seat-tube all riders should be able to fully insert an astonishing 230mm dropper in their Occam. Drop your saddle right out of the way on the descents, giving more space to move your body and more control. Long travel droppers are the only way!  LOCKR Frame StorageStore tools, lunch or even a jacket easily behind the water bottle mount ready for easy access.
