Style
Fully powered and ready to rumble, Wild is all about maximum fun on the craziest climbs and wildest descents. The combination of the latest Bosch motors and a 750Wh battery offers incredible range and power and on the descents Wild handles less like a ponderous e-bike and more like your favourite enduro rig.

Wild tames the wildest trails but always feels alive, energetic, and involving rather than the detached, numb ride of many e-bikes. Wild is first and foremost a fantastic enduro bike, and the frame rigidity, lighter weight, supportive suspension, and e-evolved geometry reflect that, putting you in complete control of the ride.

Orbea Wild: Multiple eMTB of the Year Winner!

- Fox Float X Performance shock

Highlights:
E-optimised rigiditySBS
The quest for the ultimate handling resulted in Secure Battery System, SBS, meaning the battery is rigidly fixed in place. Now 32% lighter, 51% stiffer and with 50% fewer parts compared with the previous generation Wild FS the frame structure is now much like your favourite non-e-bike. Wild is for people who are not prepared to accept anything that isn't the best handling e-bike possible. Wild's battery can be removed for maintenance, however needs to be charged in place.

E-optimised geometryGeometry
Wild is above all a fantastically capable enduro bike. It largely shares the Evolved Geometry you can find on the Rallon including Steep and Deep, loved by riders and testers for the extra control it offers. With it's short, straight seat tube, Wild gives you space for your choice of long travel dropper posts across all sizes.

29er traction with optimised chainstays
Wild's optimised 448mm chainstays give the most natural handling while the 29" rear-wheel provides the traction needed to transfer all that power to the dirt.

E-optimised kinematics
The suspension action is a big part of why Wild feels so natural and agile, putting you in control and involving you in the ride. Wild's progressive suspension combines the terrific traction and active feel of a high starting leverage rate with bottomless capability as the suspension ramps up towards the end of the travel. In the middle of the travel you will find lots of extra support, preventing the suspension from anaesthetising your ride. The rear pivot location decouples braking forces from the swingarm assembly, reducing braking feedback. And Orbea have kept anti-squat around 100% to improve pedalling feel.

160mm travel
Wild FS accommodates your style, whether you like to climb thousands of metres on epic rides, or weave in and out of bike parks and jumps during daily adventures.

Bosch Smart System
The latest Bosch motor systems offer the ultimate in power, range and responsiveness as well as offering more connection possibilities than ever.

For those of you who want the freedom of Wild's huge 750Wh internal battery, it is available on all sizes. Adding a large battery to a small frame is not easy, often requiring compromise to the downtube structure or the bottom bracket area, however our SBS battery system allows us to offer both the larger battery plus an structurally optimised frame.
Mini Remote
The mini remote connects to the motor control using Bluetooth, removing cables and complexity. The easily available battery lasts approximately a year and if it fails you can control the motor easily from the top tube mounted control panel.

Clean cockpitWild cockpit
Less cables, less noise, less distractions, leaving you free to focus on having the most fun possible. You would be forgiven for forgetting this is an e-bike - until you get to the next climb.

The first properly ergonomic charging port coverCharging port
Say goodbye to poorly sealed, awkwardly placed, unergonomic charging ports. The charging port is easily accessible and the rotational cover spins and snaps into place easily and securely.

E-Mountainbike Magazine Best eMTB of 2023 winner: Orbea Wild M-LTD (see here):
"With its good-natured, intuitive handling, the Orbea WILD M-LTD 2023 is the most confidence-inspiring bike in the entire test field, which makes it a great option for both beginners and seasoned riders. In a nutshell, the WILD successfully unites supposed opposites, combining composure and agility like no other bike in this test while at the same time convincing with good touring qualities thanks to the powerful motor and comfortable suspension. The MyO configurator allows for countless customisation options, both in terms of look and spec, allowing you to easily click your way to your dream bike. As a result, the WILD suits the widest range of riders and applications and therefore secures a well-deserved victory in our eMTB of 2023 group test!"

The Loam Wolf Best eMTB of 2023 winner: Orbea Wild M-Team (see here):
"The Orbea Wild is a bike that our whole crew enjoyed. One that inspires brave and bold riding on the downhills and facilitates efficient climbing up technical ascents thanks to its geometry and ground clearance. The Orbea Wild M-Team is a bike we highly recommend and undoubtedly put down some of the fastest and fun laps during our shootout. It is an absolute pinner.
The Orbea Wild just has that something special. The geometry is beautifully balanced, making it easy to ride fast and climb up steep and technical terrain with the help of the excellent Bosch motor. The suspension is supportive and efficient, without being overly harsh and sacrificing traction. And the level of finish and integration is excellent, making the spec for your money all the more impressive. Overall Orbea has made a masterpiece with their newest Wild, making it our eMTB of the Year!"

BikeRadar eBike of the year 2023 winner: Orbea Wild M-Team (see here):
"Competition is tight in the eMTB segment, where against the clock there's little to differentiate the performance of the class-leading bikes. The closest competitor to the Wild M-Team is Whyte's E-180 RSX MX. Both have enduro-ready geometry, with slack head angles, long reach figures and lengthy wheelbases. Both of these bikes are go-faster rigs, responding well to aggressive, confident riding where the faster you go the better they seem to feel.
Arguably, the Orbea has a wider operating window. Cruisy, slower-paced runs are just as fun as riding on the limit, with plenty of forgiveness and smoothness built-in. On the climbs, the Wild's steep seat tube angle puts you in a better position than the Whyte's, helping you take advantage of the powerful and long-lasting Bosch motor and 750Wh battery they share.
As this year's eMTB Bike of the Year winner, the Wild M-Team has a little extra magic than the second-placed Whyte, mostly down to the seat tube angle, customisable spec and broader performance band.

Pros:
+ Balanced feel on ascents and descents
+ Capable and supple suspension
+ Loads of grip
+ Great spec
+ Bosch motor and battery life

Cons:
- Value for money

The bottom line
It is one of the most balanced, easy-to-ride-fast bikes on the market, with performance that makes it at home on the roughest descents and longest days in the saddle."

Pinkbike Best eMTB of 2023 winner: Orbea Wild (see here):
"Orbea seems to have pulled out all the stops for the new Wild, with significant updates to the kinematics and geometry, speccing one of the best motor and battery systems, and considering the finer frame details and user interface. The bike is currently available in a 29"-only setup, but given Orbea's history with aftermarket links for the Rallon, it's likely we'll see a 27.5" rear wheel option down the line. Luckily, the big wheels don't negatively affect the handling or ride quality, with a composed and confident feel that really impressed our testers.
We're excited to see where the eMTB space evolves in the coming years, but for now the Orbea Wild represents a strong high point in the market."
